Black Lentils With Tomatoes, Green Onions, Thyme & Cumin



1. Wash Black Lentils grains and boil with water in a pot. 2. Wash and chop lots of Fresh Tomatoes 🍅 and add. 3. Wash and chop lots of Fresh Onion or Green Onions and add. 4. Wash and chop fresh Cilantro 🌿 and add. 5. Add Salt 🧂, Cumin, & lots of Thyme + little bit of Black Pepper or Red Pepper flakes for taste. 6. Add Fresh Kale 🥬 for more nutrition (optional). 7. Add Red Beans for more nutrition (optional). 8. Enjoy with rice or bread.
