Healthy Fresh Vegan Mashed Potatoes



1. Wash first and Boil potatoes 🥔 in a pot.


2. On the side, chop onions 🧅 finely and sauté in a little bit of oil until it's become a bit brown.


3. Chop green onions and cilantro 🌿.


4. Once potatoes are done boiling, mash them up and mix with the light brown onions, raw green onions and cilantro.


5. Add salt, cumin and a little bit of black pepper or red pepper flakes for taste...


6. Add olive oil and mix while heating to achieve right consistently (soft and creamy).

Enjoy with rice & and lentils soup (recommended). 👌🏼🙏🏼
